Hands down, I think Mini Boden makes the best kids' pajamas. Their nightgowns and top/bottom combos are a staple in our house. They are comfortable and not only does each child get at least two years wear out of them, after that they are still in hand-me-down condition. I know they are a little on the expensive side for pajamas but they really are worth it.
